[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq doesn't show balance for imported BIP39 seed. (#2274)

I think he is asking if there is a better derivation scheme. You said Bisq
uses BIP44 but why not use BIP39? Isn't BIP39 more widely used vecause it's
smarter in some way? For example, if I put Bisq's seed into
samurai/eclair/blue wallet/mycellium , won't it be able to decypher it just
by using BIP39?
