## 2019.01 report

Have been a serious issue with all seed nodes (out of memory) which is fixed now. Luckily it could recover quickly and we have not seen a significat increase of follow up issues (missed messages leading to arbitration cases). 
Created also a monitor for the dao seed and explorer nodes (http://104.248.88.175/) to get basic monitoring for dao data and number of blocks.
