[bisq-network/roles] Growth Maintainer (#42)

## 2019.01 report
We had 5 growth calls this month with the support of @m52go and @eyalron33.

This month we saw a decrease in daily volume (-40%), which is mainly because of reduced trading activity in the last quarter of the month in our strongest markets (XMR and XRC).

On the upside although the volume decreased quite a bit, the number of daily trades is still strong with 75 (-8%).

So we got more trading activity in new and existing markets where the volume per offer is less. This will help on the long run to get Bisq on a more sustainable path than to simply relay on one or two markets.
