My [original proposal](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/56) for the DAO initiative outlined a strategy that made a blog series the main tool to explain the DAO. It assumed people would be willing to learn about the DAO, and that the DAO just had to be explained.

Since then I have realized the task is a bit more challenging...many people are totally dismissive of the idea of a new 'token' and need to be nudged and coaxed just to consider what we're doing here. So the approach had to be changed. I will post a more thorough update on the proposal page soon.

This proposed web page is the new tool to accomplish what the blog series was supposed to do. I think it should be the first place we send people to learn about the DAO. It hits the most common objections people have about new tokens & the Bisq token specifically. It includes new visuals, video, an interactive simulation, FAQs, and an organized list of links to all the resources we've created.

It's not over-designed, in my opinion, so it appears honest and straightforward. But it's visual and interactive and simple (but thorough) so people can learn however they learn best.

The simulation is particularly great because it can also be made into a GIF for easy sharing, used on stage while speaking, etc. It's the best way I can think of to explain the DAO to someone in under 30 seconds.

TODO: 
- **the main video is currently a placeholder**. I will have the real one done in the next day. Target is ~2 minutes long, but will be heavily edited to make it easier to watch.
- small lingering bugs with simulation

I'm making the PR now for feedback on everything but the video. Please tell me what you think.
