## 2018.12 report

Some users still complaining about low trading limits, due to drop in BTC price.

We had an unusual issue where a user claimed that he receives timeout errors in a specific scenario every time. He claims that confirming the payment in a SEPA trade and starting a new trade in the same Bisq session (without restarting the app) causes timeout. I doubt it applies only to SEPA payment method and I am not sure if it is just a coincidence, but it sparked my interest due to past abundance of timeout issues.

We also had a lot of GRIN and Beam issues this month, as already noticed by arbitrators.
A lot of users weren't aware that you needed to put your GRIN wallet in listen mode even when sending the payment.
