### 2019.01 Report

Support activity is volatile (like every month) but continues to increase in average, especially on slack and on github.
(This january 2019 is now the 4th month in a row were the number of trades exceeds 2000. [07/692, 08/926 , 09/978 , 10/2000 , 11/2300, 12/2500, 01/2300])

Noticeable was the release of v0.9.2 and v0.9.3 on january 8th.
And also the new altcoin GRIN which generated a bunch of issues/questions. BEAM (also added in v0.9.3) didn't generate as much support need as GRIN.

- Issues with (transient) unability to connect to the Tor network are still among the main issues. The Tor network worked quite well this month, so I fear that this may be related to the volume of IPs banned by the Tor network.
- Difficulties to communicate with arbitrators were also mentionned. (probably due to GRIN needing a lot of arbitration ?)
