[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq shows a blank black dialog and UI does not respond (#2932)

Same Fedora 29 Qubes version 4.19 VM as in issue #2855
3.5GB RAM minimum allocated up to 8GB maximum.

User not trading on it yet, because  was having java heap errors, until  increased VM RAM to 3.5GB.
Without any offers set, in system monitor hovers abut 530MB. 

Now no java heap error, but after a couple days get this black dialog, which can't be closed and Bisq can't be closed.

In log, seems it was working, until killed, except the UI.
