[bisq-network/bisq] Bisq shows a blank black dialog and UI does not respond (#2932)

This is a 16GB of RAM workstation.
So far, with following Bisq VM qube setting user doesn't get java heaps anymore last couple days:

So, if you have this trouble AND you have enough RAM so that Bisq's "small memory leak" ;) and hungry java doesn't crash other vm's, **_uncheck_** the circled setting in that qube's setting dialog.

Then whatever vm memory balancing Qubes does will not affect Bisq's desire to take 3-4GB of RAM, as it does on our main trader's machine. ;D
I recommended to the user to upgrade to 32GB, just to be on the safe side when going into production trading.
Will update if java heap crashes return.
