For my part I find that you were very present this month to help with the support (and I guess it was not the 1st month you helped). And your answers to users were of technical quality. I greatly appreciate this help. Thanks.
The metrics is not so easy with all the media, but on the forum you have the info about your personal number of posts, so you can publish this info (the delta) from cycle to cycle.

I consider that you may ask the same compensation as other members of the support staff. But that's just my personal opinion. It's the contributors who decide how much efforts (and BSQ) to put on that.
(As a stakeholder I find that the support effort is quite substantive for the application. And imo it's a real issue).
