[bisq-network/bisq] New Asset Delisted Due to Inactivity (#2975)

Team, 

Genesis (GENX) was one of the four assets listed in the latest release 7/16/19 (~two days ago as of writing)

We never actually got listed but it's showing that we were delisted due to inactivity. Can we please resolve this so that we can attempt to utilize your platform? :)
