[bisq-network/proposals] Bounty to translate Bisq software into Japanese (#104)

Since @tdhr0917 previously did the Japanese translation for BTCPay using Transifex, he is the perfect person for this task. I just met with him and we signed up for the Bisq project on Transifex. We will begin working on this right away, so if you want to set us as the reviewers for the Japanese language that would be great. Thanks!
