[bisq-network/bisq] Japanese translations (#3022)

This PR adds Japanese translations for 80% of all strings in bisq-desktop, which is sufficient for new users in Japan to start using Bisq with basic trading and wallet functionality. The remaining 20% of untranslated strings are mostly related to DAO governance, proposals, voting, and European payment methods that are low priority for new users in Japan.

We will submit a separate PR in a week or two to improve these translations and complete the remaining 20% for release in a future update.

This PR was tested using 2 different Japanese fonts on Ubuntu Linux, and after testing we shortened strings that were too long to fit into the UI properly so everything looks good now. Attached are screenshots of the main UI screens.
