[bisq-network/bisq] Mobile Error: Downloading Notification Token (#2859)

Hello,
I have been trying to pair my cell phone via the app and I cant get past the Main Screen. The app seems to think I am not connected to the internet, which i am. Turned off VPN, trying via clearnet and no luck. Message is:
Downloading notification token...
Are you connected to the internet?
Cancel Try Again
When I click try again, no luck. I have added an attachment to see if that helps.
