### 2019.02-03 25-03 report (week 09)

- gaps between fees onion pages : ~non-existent
- gaps between prices onion pages : ~non-existent
- fees values : min = 16 s/b (10 occurrences), mean = 25.73 s/b, max = 62 s/b (5 occurrences).
Mean fee decreased a bit.
But it's noticeable that the min fee to spent was 16 s/b this week. It was always 10 s/b since january.

Bisq numbers for the week : 195 BTC/441 trades (+57% BTC, +6% trades)

- total pings par week = 288 pings per day x 7 days x 5 onions = 10080 pings
- 135 exceptions / 10080 pings = 1.34%
- 107 cto / 135 exceptions = 79.2% (cto = connection timeouts)

All other timeouts this week were from network issues.
