Took me a while to get the reject vote on proposals already seen locally but not included in a vote. It's clear that it does that, the comments are correct but it was still hard to follow. Most likely some detailed documentation of how the blindvote/payload/votereveal/voteresult process works is needed to be able to follow why all this happens and is needed.
