[bisq-network/roles] Founder (#1)

This was a very intense month with getting the DAO prepared for mainnet launch. We had some important fixes and changes which will require to start over with a new testnet. Mainly focussed to test the DAO for finding any possible attack or weakness.
Also started to re-distribute some nodes to other contributors and make sure we are good decentralized on the contributor base as well once we launch on mainnet.

Had some conversations with @cbeams as well. We agreed that we will dissolve the founder role with the mainnet launch as the project is then fully in the hand of the BSQ stakeholders.
