I agree, the seller should have an opportunity to vet the buyer before providing payment information (If they wish). I don't believe creating more programmatic obstacles is a good use of time. We already have the most valuable obstacle for fiat traders, The Security Fee. We will find an economic threshold that precludes petty scammers. It's imperative that we send the correct message to our fiat traders: "Fiat traders are welcome, the success of your trade is your responsibility. Bisq cannot protect you from the deficiencies of your fiat system."
