This "Trust System" is very important for Bisq to succeed and attract more users. I'm not a programmer, just a regular user debating whether to start using Bisq or keep using e.g. LocalBitcoins.

In my perception, it's (very) hard for me to use Bisq as there is no way for me to see whether I could potentially trust a user I'm trading with for the very first time.

So, it seems risky to choose anyone without first confirming whether other users have had issues (not only scams) with that user before or not: e.g. bad attitude, long wait times, etc.

To be honest, I feel that once this issue of "Trust" is addressed, a LOT MORE people will feel confident to use Bisq. It's marketing fundamentals.
