[bisq-network/bisq] Stuck "Sending message..." in dispute/mediation window (#3531)

@wiz Thanks for het tip! I was just about to do this but the opposing party has just confirmed that the money has arrived and I have withdrawn the bitcoin that I bought to my wallet. For me personally, my problem has therefore been solved and the mediation case is no longer relevant.

Nonetheless, the mediation case is still open and I still cannot send any messages in that window, so the bug itself is still there and off course still relevant for others that are experiencing the same problem.

PS: Maybe it's relevant to add that I can actually send and receive messages with the opposing party in the trade window.
