[bisq-network/support] Trade Q77TU - Messaging stuck (#322)

Contacted mediator via keybase. Feeling is wait for upcoming v1.2.3 and hope it resolves the messaging problem.

I have a warning about funds being locked up, and will open a separate issue for that.
