## 2019.10 Report

Notable changes merged in this cycle included a full overhaul of the Rules document for v1.2 and a fully-new Payment Methods doc that includes guidance on Account Signing.

Other small changes were made throughout the repository to reflect the changes in v1.2.

Here's the traffic snapshot from Matomo. I'm using the "Page Titles" view this time since the filenames view used last time included duplicates.
