[bisq-network/events] Upcoming Dev-Call "What's next, dev-level" (#36)

- stabilize trade protocol (mediator stuff)
- optimize GUI
- focus even more on security, bump resilience against attacks
- optimize resource requirements
  - lazy-loading datastore
  - redesign network sync on application start
- monitor number of live nodes and their version (via price nodes), only numbers, keep privacy!
