@niyid
I want to emphasis that the only reason why I do not support that proposal is because I do not believe it is technically feasible[1, 2] (within our economical and engineering resources constraints). If you can convince me from the opposite, I would be happy.

XMR would add a lot for privacy if used as base currency in case it would be feasible. Please do not mis-interpret my critical distance to that idea as non-support for Monero. Bisq loves Monero and hopefully Monero loves Bisq. ;-)

I would suggest that you start with a proof of concept to see if you can get the probably hardest part working: Monero MultiSig in the trade protocol. Be aware that with 1.2. we are also using a time locked transaction. I am not familiar enough with Monero to know if that is possible. If not that might be a show-stopper as otherwise you are back to the 2-of-3 Multisig with all its problems for censorship resistence, security and scaling.

Also please take into account the off-chain trade protocol proposal which changes the pre-condition for any work in that direction radically.

Please be aware that if you expect funding from BSQ stakeholders that you need to find first consensus about your plans.
