[bisq-network/bisq] Scary warning when during vote reveal (#3704)

### Description

When processing the vote results, all nodes receive a warning message if another node voted differently on a proposal than themselves.

#### Version

548a21775

### Steps to reproduce

1. Start regtest cluster with existing dao-setup.zip contents
2. Create a new compensation request
3. Alice votes thumbs-up with 10k
4. Bob votes thumbs-down with 11k
5. Go to Vote Reveal
6. Inspect logs

### Expected behavior

Informational text about other ballots having different vote result

### Actual behavior

A warning message on both Alice & Bob that made me think that Alice had a state inconsistency or that her vote was invalidated.
