[bisq-network/bisq] New install: Bisq switches back to GBP all the time (#3353)

I have a weird type of behaviour: the interface switches back to British Pounds all the time. It's a fresh install (since 2 days ago) on Ubuntu 19.04/

The two short screen captures show:
a) After removing GBP, shutting down Bisq and restarting it first shows the tab where you left of: Settings in this case. No GBP. I go to the MARKET tab and it shows Amount in GBP. Back to the Settings tab and it shows GBP in National Currencies again! Going back to Market tab and the Market Price now switches back from EUR to GBP. 

b) At Settings tab: removed GBP again. See the Market Price switch from GBP to EUR immediately. Go to Market and: GBP again. Back to Settings, GBP again! Back to Buy tab, no change in Market Price, then Market Tab and: GBP again!

(don't look at the quality, used the screencast function from Ubuntu, and re-screencasted it, not good for quality ;) )
