[bisq-network/bisq] Error message after trade, cant hit payment sent button (#3371)

Hi i completed a trade today but after making payment i tried to hit payment sent button to which i received an error message.  an image is attached.

i then opened a support ticket for help, the mediator authorised the transaction but when i accepted i got another error message which is below.

Any help would be great. any further info required will be provided.

The BTC seller informed me that he has multiple issue with this, so there may be an issue that needs addressed.
