[bisq-network/bisq-website] New multilanguage system (#260)

The problem with tne mobile menu was caused by pre-existent conflicts which were revealed during one of the last rebases. Basically: strings for the nav menu are both in `main_nav.yml` and in the LANG.yml files. One of the two will have to be deleted, so that only one is used. In the meantime, i updated the japanese strings and using them from LANG.yml.

The HTML getting in seems to be a problem related only to the mobile version of the Japanese page. I will further investigate to see what it's causing it.

Fixed the issue with the logo in the top left.
