[bisq-network/proposals] Lower Trading Fee (#126)

I guess I'm now a little confused as I last read that for cycle 6  1.00 USD per 1 BSQ.  (https://github.com/bisq-network/compensation/issues/364)

But I see that was at the completion of the last cycle, and if I look today at the DAO tab:

So what rate should compensation requests be calibrated to?
