### Creating a hierarchical support structure: Mediators and Arbitrators.

The problem with hierarchical support structures is that arbitrators will be compensated more, even-though mediators have more contact with the customer and have the same knowledge and skill.

**Creating this kind of “bureaucracy is probably necessary?” But is it?**

The Arbitrator’s knowledge and skill can be substituted with a Mediator’s knowledge and skill without disruption. So this is a paid position of power. That doesn’t sound cool to me.

Bisq creates opportunity for real DAO employment. This is clearly the future.

### What is the driving force to create Mediator/Arbitrator derision?

Why not have all Mediators or all Arbitrators?
Corporate/legal reasons not allowed or accepted.

**We cannot allow discussions of law practice influence the innovation of the platform.**

If we decide to split the work they should be compensated the same?

If you say compensation should be different, why do you think it should be different?
