[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 6 (#379)

I appreciate the gesture. Yes, @m52go made some suggestions here: [Proposal by @m52go](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/122#issuecomment-541198686). I think this should be formalized as a proposal.
