# Error at creating the take offer transacion

[Expected Results]
After the offer being taken, under Portfolio > Open Trades, the maker should see information regarding the trade, mainly a 'Deposit transaction Id' and a message saying that it's waiting for confirmations on it.

[Actual Results]
At the trade step, the BTC buyer and offer maker was presented a screen devoid of any information. All four steps of the "Trade Process" were grayed out. 
The software generated a contract json file that include these as the make offer transaction ID and take offer transaction ID:

The trade wasn't recorded at all on the trade_statistics.json file (trade history) unlike [another similar case](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/3427)
