- gaps between fees onion pages : 57 gaps / 2016 pings = 2.8%
In the range. ~ Most gaps were punctual and small. MaxGap = 14

- gaps between prices onion pages : 2 strictly punctual issues, 0 alert transmitted
For the rest, only the usual small deviations for DOGE, PASC, etc.

- timestamp alerts : 2 issues/week, 0 alert transmitted

2019-10-21 20:25 to 21:50 5885" deviation at max -> all nodes concerned

- fees values : min = 10 s/b : (7027 occurences) : mean = 12.99 s/b : max = 46 s/b (34 occurrences).

Bisq numbers for the week : 87 BTC / 587 trades (-64% BTC, +10% trades)

Exceptions for node 3 are abnormalously high and corresponds mainly to 2019-10-22 08:10 to 12:10 sequence.
I did catch this issue and verified with torbrowser that node 3 was however delivering good data. So, as often, this issue was 100% due to a tor circuit issue.

- total pings par week = 288 pings per day x 7 days x 5 onions = 10080 pings
- 173 exceptions / 10080 pings = 1.7%
- 154 cto / 173 exceptions = 89.0% (cto = connection timeouts)
