[bisq-network/bisq-docs] add a point to the instructions for contributors: squash commits (#158)

The git history in most of the bisq repositories is very confusing. Maintainers and contributors don't squash commits, this cause a messed up git history which is hard to read for everybody.

This PR formalize the necessity for contributors to squash their commits.
