### 19 months of pricenode hosting

Per https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/14#issuecomment-527100177, I recently shut down my pricenode. As seen in the Heroku billing screen below, I ran this service at a cost of 7.00 USD/mo for 19 months. The first and last billings had irregular amounts.

The formula used to arrive at the BSQ figure requested above is 

    7.71+(17×7.00)+3.48 = 130.19

It is unusual to issue a back-compensation request like this one, particularly over such a long period, but I never included these amounts in any of my previous compensation requests. Along with the decommissioning of my node during this cycle, now is a good time to recoup these costs.
