## 2019.08 Report

Lots of minor updates. Notably, just merged the Matomo tracking code, so we can get rid of Google Analytics on the docs site too.

I am narrowing my search for a new docs infrastructure, and will be making a proposal soon. Apparently AsciiDoc is not supported in many of the popular documentation-oriented static site generators, and I really like AsciiDoc.
