[bisq-network/proposals] Decide on interest rate for BSQ bonds of bonded roles (#120)

I think that locking up capital in BSQ is risky.  Putting your hard earned savings in such a new instrument is a very generous decission. 

In my view, interest should be definetely accrue for non compensated roles.  12% annually sounds a bit high to me.  I would say 0,5% per cycle.   In any case, the only way I can think of to find a fair interest rate would be through an open auction, which I don´t think is practical at this point.
