Agree on that, but probably the risk of losing the bond would discourage scammers from such DDoS attack. I am more concerned about legal liability of BSQ holders, as it is almost certain that in the case of legal conflict the Bisq DAO will never be considered a limited liability entity in most jurisdictions, so the BSQ holders would be directly liable.... This is quite disturbing.
Maybe a fee structure like the following would ensure that the DAO almost never has to decide on trade reimbursments?:
- Cheapest (Default): 2of2 multisig without mediator and without DAO recourse
- Medium: 2of2 multisig with mediator and without DAO recourse
- Expensive: 2of2 multisig with mediator and DAO recourse. Only available for trades greater than X BTC.
