[bisq-network/bisq] periodical UpdateDataReq for Seednodes (#3202)

I am not sure either. Back then, I tried doing the resync and the "new version" has been a critical part of the process. If not for the "new version", updateDataResponses did not get processed at all.

However, now, a few weeks/months later, it works with the "old version". Lucky, I guess!
