But in this next release we are going to have only 1 verification factor (not 2FA yet), correct? 

In my opinion I´ve always thought it is too harsh to have the account signed and still have the 0.01 limit for 30 days instead of at least 0.0625.  I think it will be quite discouraging for new honest users.  But I assume that is the consensus and it helps to have chargebacks under control since we decided not to have a delay in the payment for new accounts.  

So I think that rasing it to 0.25 after 1 month is ok.
