I tested throughly this PR on Chromium and Firefox, which both show everything correctly. Jekyll doesn't show any warning or error even in verbose mode. I don't see any of the issues you are experiencing, except for the "Vision" title (that's my bad, i left it in English on purpose but i now see other languages translate it) and the missing localized picture in your last screenshot. I'm starting to think there are some hardcoded settings in the netlify machine which conflicts with the plugin, since there cannot be missed strings or the multilingual plugin would complain.

This PR changes the structure of the website, i suggest to test it locally, to make sure the configuration of the third part integration (netlify) is not messing up something.

I guess i will have to make an account on netlify anyway and see what is wrong with the setup.
