[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 12 (#537)

Hi, I'm the Bisq italian translation coordinator. Me and other two italian translators finished to translate and review Bisq website in italian and we are finalizing the review of desktop translation (just 87 strings to review and it's done too).

Italian translation [was approved in Cycle 8](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/151) and the $360 budget for this Cycle was approved by @mwithm.

 I would like to get 625 BSQ for this month, knowing and respecting Cycle 12 budget limitations.
Since the budget [cannot cover italian translation expenses in a single cycle](https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/20#issuecomment-605485488), we decided to divide the compensation requests in this way:
- $350 for Cycle 12 (to compensate 1/3 of Riccardo's work)
- $385 for Cycle 13 (to compensate GreGab's and 8uDD4T's work)
- ~$395 for Cycle 14
- ~$395 for Cycle 15

Website translation contains [3825 strings](https://www.transifex.com/bisq/bisq-website/translate/#it/strings/174374724) (3825 * 0.07 = $267.75)
Desktop translation contains [17956 strings](https://www.transifex.com/bisq/bisq-desktop/translate/#it/displaystringsproperties/110522276?q=tags_not_contains%3Ano_translate) (17956 * 0.07 = $1256.92)

In this way we are able to cover the costs of the Italian translation in 4 cycles (Cycle 12, Cycle 13, Cycle 14, Cycle 15)
