[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 12 (#523)

Although we have contributors posting compensation requests in USD and converting the total into BSQ (https://github.com/bisq-network/compensation/issues/533) and ones only using BSQ values everywhere (https://github.com/bisq-network/compensation/issues/536), I agree with @cbeams that it would help reviewing if you could convert it to USD and only display the converted BSQ value in the Summary section. Thanks!

Besides that my [team lead review](https://bisq.wiki/Compensation#Team_Lead) is complete and I approve this request.
