[bisq-network/compensation] [WIP] For Cycle 12 (#538)

@leo816 please note that as we discussed I would elsewhere, I've assigned you as the owner of the Fee Reimbursement Agent role at https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/76. Please feel free to add this role to this compensation request. Do you think that bisq-network/support#366 can get paid out within the next days? Would be good to have that done with regard to getting compensated for the role, i.e. to demonstrate you've fully taken it over, gone through a complete reimbursement cycle, and of course also to request BSQ reimbursement for the BTC you front to do the batch payout (that should be filed as a separate reimbursement request, btw).
