[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 12 (#528)

It was indeed a lack of understanding that my compensation request was 1000 BSQ. I let it be since the review deadline has passed.

I would like to revoke my Refund Agent role as soon as possible within Cycle 13. I presume you will need the new Refund Agent to be approved by DAO-voting this cycle. I think the app allows several Refund Agents in parallel which should ensure a smooth transition.

There will be reimbursement requests after my departure, which will come to my app for several weeks after revoking. We need to decide how to deal with them.
