## Cycle 12 report

* Handled a LOT of cases related to the security incident and having to help users un-fail failed trades using special builds, do manual payouts, and other things to get everyone happy.
* Investigated the security incident related theft trades and compiled findings into a spreadsheet
* This will be my last cycle as Support Agent, as I will have a bit less time to do L1 support from now on.
