**Cycle 12 Report**

- First cycle as part of L1 support team
- Worked on multiple different Wiki pages as an intern support agent and L1 support agent
- Reviewed and familiarized myself with Bisq terminology, docs, DAO, etc.
- Handled multiple questions on the Bisq Reddit page and the forums.
- Handled a couple manual payouts for a user affected by several failed trades in mid March.
- Handled multiple questions on Keybase during official support time as well as doing followups throughout the day as necessary.
