[bisq-network/support] Request reimbursement in the form of BSQ (#371)

Yeah, leo is the mediator. He and wiz are in charge of the case and have advised me to create this issue and a reimbursement request in bisq. 
Unfortunately, I cannot explain the exact cause of this failed trade. According to wiz and leo it was a bug that caused it.
Fact is only: the full amount was verifiably paid. but the seller never contacted me again. With is missing the trading amount + deposit.
