[bisq-network/bisq] Implement simple cleartext gRPC authentication (#4189)

@ghubstan, I've cleaned up the WIP commits and pushed several additional ones.

Please have a look at the implementation now and properly review it from your side. All possible error cases should be handled gracefully now. Please see if you can break it in any way, make sure everything makes sense, is intuitive, etc. Thanks.

Note that you'll need to start the daemon with `--apiPassword=xyz` and you'll need to match that on the cli client with `--password=xyz`.
