[bisq-network/bisq] Validation Error on Field Ignored Peers (#4203)

### Description
On the settings view a validation error for the field _ignored peers_ saying

   `Must be comma separated list of valid addresses` 

is displayed:

If one is removing the space after the comma, the message disappears:

However leaving and returning back to the settings view will displayed the error again.
