The refund agent is no longer refunding large trades. I think this is a new situation that has not been discussed. I will continue to buy as announced, but I will not exhaust all the funds until there has been more discussion on what to do.

I plan to buy again tomorrow Sunday, Aug 02, 18 CET. The fees are quite high but I have managed to gather most of the funds.
